Blue with brown stripes
This bag is one of our favorites. The blue and chocolate brown stripes are very stylish without being over-the-top. The lining is in chocolate brown. Be sure to check out the vinyl-lined interior! This bag sells for $50.
Pink with brown dots
Here is another Emma bag made from a popular pink with brown dots fabric. The lining is a rich chocolate brown fabric. This bag sells for $50.

Striped Emma bag
This is one of the first Emma bags and is made from the green and purple striped fabric with a green lining. This fabric is a little thicker than many of the others and is more wear resistant. This bag sells for $50.

Roo Baby Designs is a company that specializes in hand-made bags and diaper bags that can be tailored to your tastes and needs. We currently offer four styles for our custom bags:
The Emma Bag $50: A large messenger style diaper bag with matching changing pad. The Emma Bag comes with stroller clips, toy/pacifier/key loops, elastic-topped pockets, and a vinyl-lined interior. This bag was named after our first daughter Emma.
The Whitney Bag $45: A non-diaper bag version of the Emma Bag. This bag is named for our friend that needed a book bag to carry everything from text books to crayons as she teaches. She did not need the extra features (stroller clips, changing pad, and vinyl interior) included in the diaper bag version. The extra features mentioned above can be added for $2 each if desired.
The Lilia Bag $50: A medium size diaper bag or "toddler bag" for use when your child is older and you need fewer critical supplies to make it through the day. This medium sized bag is large enough to carry all the essentials and comes with a matching changing pad. The bottom is lined in vinyl to help protect against small leaks and drips from bottles and food containers. Exterior and interior pockets help mom organize baby toys as well as mom's keys and cell phone.
The Abby Bag $35: A small hand bag to be used as a bare essentials diaper bag for going out on the town. While this bag is called a "diaper bag" on our site no one else will know. This sleek bag can carry a few diapers and basic supplies and remain small and stylish. This bag can also be made as a purse, just request a fabric pocket instead of the vinyl pocket if desired.
If you find a style you like, the next step is to choose your fabric. We have many options of exterior and lining fabrics to choose from with many more added to our collection each month. Because our fabric selection is always changing, please email us at info@roobabydesigns.com with your preferences or search online for a style you like or a designer of your choice. If you find a style you like online, send us a link and we will work with you to find the fabric of your choice. All the fabrics that we have on hand are included in the price of the bags. If you wish for us to find something special for you, we will add $5 to the price of the bag.
Feel free to contact us and let us know of any special requests or needs that you would like us to fill (cell phone pockets, extra mommy pockets, etc.). We will work with you to make your custom bag exactly what you require. Depending on the nature of the request, though, prices may have to be adjusted.
All bags are hand-made in beautiful Monroe, North Carolina by Krista Wilson. Krista is a mother to one daughter, Emma. Krista has been actively sewing for the last 20 years beginning at the age of 8 in her local 4-H club.
